How To Publish Your Transcript On CoHost
Once you've completed editing your transcript on CoHost, it's easy to publish it for your listeners. Publishing transcriptions increases both the accessibility and discoverability of your podcast.
Through your CoHost account, you can publish your transcription directly to your Automatic Website. Here's a step-by-step on how to achieve this:
1) CoHost Website Publication
- Enable your CoHost website. Not sure how? Check out our support article.
- Head over to your edited transcript. This will be located in “Transcriptions” in the left sidebar and then select the transcription you wish to publish.
- Click "Publish" on the right-hand corner of your transcript editor.
- Your transcript will be automatically published to the episode page associated with your transcript. To preview or customize the episode page, head over to "Website" on the left sidebar. More information on CoHost Automatic Websites.
- Click the "Customization" tab to open the website editor.
- Click "Episodes" on the top menu and then choose the episode you published your transcript for.
- Click "Transcript" to preview what the transcript looks like. Customize the colors or fonts on the right-hand menu.
