When you create a new podcast, it’s important to start by creating a new Google email for your show. This may seem like a simple step, but trust us, it will save you a lot of time in the long run.

After starting a new show, many podcasters use their personal or work emails to publish their podcasts onto the major listening platforms. The issue with that is if you’re a brand, you'll need an email that is easily accessible across your team. Or if you're a pro podcaster bringing in sponsors, it's best to have a centralized place to manage your show.
