How To Update Your Billing Information in CoHost

Updating your billing information is easy through CoHost's billing center. 


If you are on time with your payments and just want to update your information on file, follow the steps below:


1) Head to your name in the top right corner of your CoHost account.


2) Click the dropdown and go to "Settings".


3) From here, click the "Billing" tab and select "Customer Portal".


4) On the Customer Portal page, you will be able to add a new payment method or update your customer information. 

If you are late on a payment, there will be a banner under your show title prompting you to add your billing information when you login. 

1) Click "Billing dashboard" it will take you to the billing page. 

2) Click "Customer Portal" and you will see an area to update your information.
